Shepparton has many fully sealed walking and cycling tracks, that form the Yahna Gurtji Shared Path Network in and around the native bushland adjacent to the beautiful Victoria Park Lake and the Goulburn River. These are easily accessed, with maps available for all to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the natural bush and river scenery.

Victoria Park Lake is another attraction for anyone who enjoys bird watching, fishing, canoeing or just relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. Many BBQ facilities are available, and with a skate park nearby, grass tennis courts and the Shepparton aquatic centre Aquamoves, there are plenty of activities for all.

Shepparton Motor Museum at any time can house over 70 classic, vintage and veteran cars and motorcycles as well as motoring memorabilia from the past. A lot of these are drawn from the many local collectors and restorers so the displays are dynamic and often period themed throughout the year. This museum is popular with motoring enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates our own diverse motoring history. The museum is also situated at the Emerald Bank Leisure Land.

SPC Ardmona KidsTown Adventure Playground is the largest outdoor adventure playground in Australia and is suitable for all ages. Tallis Wine is one of the many fine local wineries in the Shepparton district and is located a short drive east from the nearby township of Dookie. Tallis Wine is produced from grapes grown in the rich red volcanic soil of the Dookie hills and processed on site using old world traditional winemaking practices including open fermenters for their reds, hand plunging and even foot trampling in some wines to add flavour complexity and textural qualities. Tallis Wine has cellar door Friday to Sunday or by appointment.
